One of our CRM clients wanted to leverage AI to simplify working with statistics. Our answer was to add functionality to allow connecting Claud or another AI agent of your choice to real-time CRM statistics.
The AI agent to CRM connection is secure and is only allowed to users with a CRM login. The connection is very easy to set up by adding a new Connector in AI agent Settings. The following screenshots are taken from Claude.
This will redirect the user to the CRM consent screen. Here is where the user effectively agrees for the AI agent to have access to the CRM data that he has access to through the CRM user interface.
After having connected Claude to the CRM, you can ask it to summarise or graph data in whichever way you need. This gives instant access to any statistics you might need to manage a company or department activity.
Below, Claude is asked to compare sales data for this month to the previous month, and then graph this month’s sales in a daily graph.
