Just wanted to update you that Timi, who is on invoicing and payment chase.. she is in love with the CRM and now she requested extra tasks to fill out her working hours as she finishes her job like 3 hours earlier!!!

Such is the feedback from one of our clients.
We’ve built a custom CRM for them. This CRM also includes a custom-built invoicing system. This invoicing system went through multiple transformations until we got it to the most efficient state, working side-by-side with the customer. Accounts would previously need to edit a Word document and send it to the customer over WhatsApp and/or email.
What changed is that now, Accounts need to only fill in a couple fields (most of the information is pulled through from the customer page), and send an invoice to the customer with a single button click. To be sure as to what you are sending, Accounts get an invoice preview at the bottom of the page.
And based on our client’s feedback, this speeds up productivity tremendously!
